Engagement of a Team of Suppliers:
We will engage a proficient team who are ideally matched for your wedding, drawing from our network of exceptional suppliers. Our selection process involves discerning those who align with your financial parameters and possess an innate understanding of and proficiency in realising your envisioned celebration.
Development of Wedding Day Schedule:
We will intricately devise a schedule for your wedding day, ensuring a seamless progression of events. Our dedication lies in working closely with you and all involved suppliers to rigorously adhere to the timeline, thus guaranteeing that your day unfolds precisely as planned, allowing you to revel in your day with an assured mind, knowing that every moment has been meticulously coordinated.
Supervision of Setup & Breakdown:
We will oversee the setup and breakdown on the wedding day, ensuring the meticulous placement of every detail. This will enable you to celebrate with an unencumbered mind, from the arrival of the initial guest to the conclusion of the final dance, confident in the knowledge that everything has been meticulously organised.
At our first meeting, we'll start with a chat that's less about the wedding and more about your lives and what makes you happy – from your favourite restaurants to your travel hotspots. These little bits of information are the fabric of your relationship and the way it should be celebrated. We'll use them to guide how we design and plan your event. It's all about the details!

At this stage we’d just need to know a few details about your wedding such as the date, venue (if you have one, don’t worry if you’ve not found the perfect place for your celebration yet, we can take care of that for you!), number of guests you’re expecting and your budget.
Step 2
Let's schedule a video call or arrange to meet to learn more about you, understand your preferences, and hear your ideas for the event.
Based on this information, we will create a proposal and send you a quotation.
Step 3
When you say ‘Yes’ to Full Wedding Planning with Wonder Events and your deposit is received, we dive straight into developing the concept from the proposal.
