Wonder Events can help to elevate your event with styling ideas. Continuous support, meetings and updates. Supplier liaison and meetings. Completion of logistical planning, schedules and timelines. Coordination and management on set up day. Wonder Events will be there throughout the party and ensure the everything is run to schedule. Leaving you to enjoy the party without the stress.

On the Day Coordination
Our services include: review of suppliers and contact information; creation of a detailed "on the day" timeline; meeting with venue and suppliers; coordination throughout your event; assistance ensuring the party runs smoothly. Allowing you to just enjoy the party!
Event Styling
We offer concept design to create the look, feel and styling of your event. This includes
the creation of mood boards, detailed proposal, suggested colour schemes, table setting, lighting, glassware, flowers, furniture and props. We will source all that is required to complete your party. Wonder Events will be there to set up on the day and re-rig after the party.
