On the Day Coordination
Our services include: review of suppliers and contact information; creation of a detailed "on the day" timeline; meeting with venue and suppliers; coordination throughout your event;assistance ensuring the party runs smoothly. Allowing you to just enjoy the party!
Event Styling
We offer concept design to create the look,feel and styling of your event.This includes the creation of mood boards, detailed proposals,suggested colour schemes,table setting, lighting, glassware,furniture and props.We will source all that is required to complete your design.A detailed plan for the setup is generated,so staff at the venue can follow on the day.Alternatively,for additional fee,we can assist.
